A new and key part of the HIP is a property information questionnaire (PIQ) that customers are required to fill out. This consists of key questions about the property that will help stop delays once a buyer has been found.
To begin marketing your property you will need a MINI HIP this contains all documents excluding local council searches. Our typical turnaround time for this is 48 hours.
One the local council searches are complete you will receive you FULL HIP which will contain all documents which include your local searches and this is ready to be given to your buyer and solicitor.
